Hi aclase,
Seems there is another issue : with Internet time option you should not to have as datetime 16/11/2011 ! (default datetime <=> there is an issue during the boot script)
So :
- What OS do you use?
- What browser?
- Do you clear its cache after upgrading ?
- Do you try with another one ?
- Post the content of /boot.log
- Post the outputs of

Cache was the problem. When 16.1 is coming?
