Error on email notification

Hi support,
i've a issue about the notification email on my 2BIG v2 .
i had change internet provider and then i need use a new SMTP server.
The SMTP doesn't require me any kind of auth, becasue the provider match only my ip addres, to use it.
When try to send test email by dashboard FVDWSL i have back a erro (1)
Can you help me to undertand where is it the issue to fix....?

I am pretty sure your ISP provider has an option to select between auth mode and IP as the last one is usually not recommended due to the low level of security involved :scratch
