Hi to all,
issue. i had opened a ticket about fail upgrade to 18.x, and following your procedure, it is happen something, and lost all data and connection. no problem i have the backup.
now i want to appy a fresh isntallation.following the procedure, via fvdw-sl console i'm try to reisntall the firmware....but there is not any way, to have a connection u-boot.
please can you reminder me how strat the nas, where run therequest u-boot connection?

note if i leave termiante a normal boot i can enter in ssh but not in telnet.

Fixed.the issue still in the network of the virtual board of vmware. disable it, and run again the procedure, now work, and i can install with success the new firmware.
