I will update the fvdw-sl 18.1 (2big2) to the fvdw-sl 18.2 automaticly but that's don't work.
I click on update firmware and that's turn but don't make anything.

If you have a message that a new version 18.2 is available, then the nas has access to the Internet

If you do not have this message then that means no Internet access is available.

Anyhow there is an issue because at least on this case you should get the warning the nas failed to get the firmware update board

What you can try it is to install again version 18.1 (manual mode by downloading the files for version 18.1) and after upgrading to version 18.1 (with a reboot). Make a new attempt to update to version 18.2.

With a bad dns address you need to wait a long time (timeout I think around 2 min) to get a warning
