Hello,
I am watching your firmware development for a long time and now i am very pleased to see that it has been ported to 2big2.
I have read the forum but i couldn't find a "how to install" guide for 2big2 with lacie firmware on it.
Can you make a tutorial for it?
Regards,

thank you for your so quick answer. After reading the post you gave me i think i will wait a little more and hope that you will implement for it the RAID function because this is the reason i bought this nas. In the mean time since i have 1 ns2 with v15patched ; 2 pcs 2big2 (lacie fw) ; i will test it with 1 spare drive that i have on one of 2big2.
Really waiting forward for RAID version of FVDW and if you need a tester for it i will gladly help.
Regards,

Hi fantomel,
We go to release a new version 15.1 to fix the kernel bug but the RAID feature will be not yet included.
We plan to do this for version 16.0 :tapfoot (a job for the winter days...)

When you want to test it please let me know. One of my 2big2 drives it's now empty and i can play with it without problems.
P.S. In the next release can you make a button for configuration backup and restore like routers have. It will be very easy for users who change drives to put back all the settings that they had.

You already have it in the Shutdown-Restart menu :whistle
And thank for your proposal. Before releasing this feature we must carefully check it
