Hello.
I've made a donation of 5€ via paypal Transaction ID is 4M230308KN641591A. Can I be added to the donators group. I currently have LAcie 5Big Ver 2 with ver FW fvdw-sl 18.1 patched (5big2) and wan't upgrade the unit to 18.3. I see that I need to be member of donators group to download the firmware upgrades. I can't get download transmission to work from the console Firmware Update section.

How can I get this working ? Instructions would be very helpful.

Nope !
You do not need to be a donator to upgrade the firmware, it is just required to be able to install add-on packages

But you have to follow the instruction of the topic : https://plugout.net/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=3532 so that you can install the latest version

Note :After installing version 18.3, you should install a patch to fix some issues with version 18.3 (see: https://plugout.net/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=3773)

In addition to Jocko's remarks. You are already member of the donators group as you made already earlier a donation.
