Transfer file from one NAS to other NAS without intermediary

Is there a way to send/transfer all data from one 5bigN2 to other identical NAS without a intermediary like windows pc?
in the web page of the fvdw firmware i don't see a transfer/backup option...
My goal is to send alla data from one nas to other via lan...
