So yiou use original lacie firmware, I suggest you read the manual it described a recovery method that can be used and which will (if successful) will save your data.
See this link
http://manuals.lacie.com/EN/manuals/d2-2big-5big-network2/startReset Without Data Loss
Caution: Following these steps will erase all Dashboard data such as users, groups, shares, and settings. It will also reset the machine name to the default and reset the network settings to DHCP.
Caution: After following these steps, all files will be moved to a folder called Recovery in Share and so by default will be available only to the administrator.
Make sure the product is turned OFF.
Press and hold down the front button. Without releasing the front button, turn the product on by pressing the power switch on the rear of the product.
Keep the front button pressed until the front LED becomes solid red, then release it. (The LED should become solid red about 10 seconds after you turn on the product.)
The front LED will blink blue. When it becomes static blue, press the front button once within 5 seconds to confirm reset.
If any of the steps are omitted, the product will boot normally without resetting.

If the ip is changed it means at least a part of the firmware is running but the boot (startup) procedure is not fully completed. That can have many reasons probably some system files are corrupt.
There is also a procedure with data loss which may solve that but you will loose your data.
That may be an option in case you have a backup of your data or the data is not critical,
If that doesn't work you could consider installing our firmware or try manual install of lacie firmware, there are some topics in this forum describing it how to do it but installing lacie firmware is not easy.
If loss of your data is not an option and you need your data you can try to use our fvdw-sl console standalone kernel to try to get your data from the nas. There are several topics on this forum describing it, also this is not easy for users with little linux experience

As some system files are stored on the data raid if the firmware fails to assemble the raid or fs is corrupted on the raid. This may explain nas behaviour.
Use our fvdw-sl console standalone kernel you will allow to check the raid healthy

I have installed fvdw-sl-console on windows
I select standalone kenel, load and start
i select UIMAGE26394-5BIGI-45-standalone
Start lacie
tftp load a kernel
All is ok but telnet don't work (connection refused)
Why?

So you use a bag standalone kernel image. UIMAGE26394-5BIG1-45-standalone (and not UIMAGE26394-5BIGI-45-standalone) is for a 5big network v1 you have to use with a 5big network v2 the kirkwood version (you may find this information in the help), so use UIMAGE-3142-KIRKWOOD-171-standalone
And when you succeeded come here again because I would like to examine first your raid before trying install our firmware
