Plex on Lacie 5Big Network 2 NAS with fvdw-sl Version 17.0

I'm trying to install Plex on fvdw-sl 17.0 and get the following:
Downloading plex package from plugout...
Could not download package
login successful
Fail to download!
Does anybody have any ideas?
