Can't log into plugout.net account on NAS

Hi,

I'm having an issue signing into my plugout.net account on my NAS. It gives me the following error: Fail: Bad plugout account (could not login).

I've tried changing my password thinking it was too long or it didn't like a special character. I've tried logging in with both my username and email address but no matter what I get that error every time. I have donated and received an email saying I could use the add-ons now.

Hi Woodani,

I checked log file of the web server, I notice no login attempt from your side. That would mean your nas failed to reach plugout.net

If you run

plugout download 6324
what is the output ?
Check the lan setup of your nas (dns1/2 address)

Hey, thanks for the reply. I had made a mistake when entering my DNS info. It let me log in after I corrected that.
