after the update i reboot the NAS.
Now the blue and red light are blinking an i don't have access to the NAS with the new password.
Now i install the system new.

Maybe is too late but please to wait to investigate.
Note: it was quiet easy to roll back to version 18.0 without new installation !

Since your attempt, other members succeeded to upgrade their 5big2. So there was something wrong on your nas
