Another Failed Drive

So I'm back again :-( after only a month and 5 days since my last failed drive that I got help with here:
http://plugout.net/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=2700
I completely understand how to replace it and its much easier to do so now that I'm running the 17.0 firmware, but the reason for this thread is that the failed drive is the one I had just added as a replacement. I can always pull it out and test it in an external case or my PC, but I just wanted to check and see if there was anything I could look at in the NAS logs to see if there might be an issue with that drive bay or just for more information about what exactly the OS detected that made it mark the drive as faulty.
It wasn't a new drive but it was one that had been used w/o issues in a PC for a while and I tested it with Seagate's long surface test and found no issues before using it. Just want to cover all my bases here rather than just throw another drive at it.
Thanks!
