seems partition 2 onsda2 is still there and the raid is intact looking to you output in few post earlier
I think Mijzelf will now advise to do the the same for sdb,c,d and e but wait until he confirms this

OK, that's good! (If you didn't conclude that yet.)

Now you can create the partitions on the other 4 disks:
gdisk /dev/sdb
...
gdisk /dev/sdc
...

mdadm should be able to recognize all created partitions as raid members. If you've got 5 raid members, you can assemble the array:
