I see already the problem
There is a letter missing in the file name
it must be

tftp -r UIMAGE-26394-NWSP2CL-106 -l UIMAGE-26394-NWSP2CL-106 -g ip-pc

(UIMAGE instead of UMAGE)
of course also dd command to be adapted

dd if=UIMAGE-26394-NWSP2CL-106 of=/dev/sda6...it wont work, say cant enter in sda6...my HDD have no partitions...

you should read the post more carefully, you first need to install the firmware !

read the instructions in the fvdw-sl console window

Instructions installing fvdw-sl firmware:
(0) Read the detailed help first (see help menu)
(1) Switch off your NAS
(2) Answer the questions in the dialog boxes that pop up.
(3) Select the standlone kernel file (UIMAGE) to be loaded.   <---edit fvdw: use kernel 101
(4) Start your NAS after the command window pops up telling you it waits for U-boot.
(5) Wait until the kernel is loaded and the command window closes automatic.
(6) Wait 8 seconds until telnet client will start.
(7) Log in using the telnet client with username: root and password: giveit2me
(8) Upload installer by entering in telnet client:
    tftp -r fvdw-sl-installer.sh -l fvdw-sl-installer -g ip-pc
  (Replace ip-pc by the actual ip address of your PC, it is mentioned in the main window)
(9) Make it executable by entering: chmod 755 fvdw-sl-installer
(10)start the installer by entering: /fvdw-sl-installer ip-pc
  (replace ip-pc by ip address of your pc
(11) Answer the questions in the dialog boxes
(12) When install is succesful reboot the NAS by entering: reboot -f  <--- edit fvdw: do not do this write the 106 kernel first !
  or by pressing shortly the power button
(13) Close all windows related to fvdw-sl-console
(14) Open web interface of the NAS by entering ip of NAS in browser
  username : admin-nas password: admin

at step 10)
(10)start the installer by entering: /fvdw-sl-installer ip-pc
line 4: syntax error: unexpected word (expecting ")")

i use:
(10)start the installer by entering: /UIMAGE-26394-NWSP2CL-106 192.168.1.240

you should use this in the the telnet client
(I assume you succesfully uploaded the scrip with tftp)

(replace ip-pc by the actual ip of your nas)
