My 5big network2 RAID is clean but all shares are disappeared. Can't access any files Is there a way to recover? I am on stock firmware.

did you do a reset to factory defaults? In that case all folder and files are moved to a folder in share folder. I don't remember the name of that folder but probably it will be named recovery.
