I'm back here, after other tests to understand more ... well clearly some differences, so something broken on the main board.

But I have no idea what is broken. I would start with measurements from point were power supply is connected to find first point were it deviates.
But with this multilayer PCB it will be almost impossible to find the cause and to repair it. It contains SMD elements which are very difficult to replace.

I read on the internet that others had success by replacing all capacitors on a dead board but also that for some this action did not solve the problem

I thank you for the support, I do not know if the capacitors are the cause but they are all with the same voltage and no burning or breaks .....
I tried to replace the resistor SMD 101 but it did not help ...

I now think of buying the capacitors and follow your advice
