Can't install console, truncated .rar

I'm getting the following error. I have downloaded the 4 .rar files multiple times thinking that it may have been truncated on download, but they are not. I'm dead in the water here. Any help is appreciated!

I just tested it myself, downloaded the 4 rar files and extracted with winrar.
Everything ok, they extract just fine
Further there is no part 5 :scratch
I also checkt 7-zip and that works also ok to extract those files on my system.
In the screen shot you posted I see that it is mentioned a total size of archive 105 MB, that's wrong it should mention 109MB
It means your downloaded files or one of them is corrupt (incomplete).
