Jdonwloader?

It seems difficult.
I looked at the official site and jdownloader does not seem to have GUI allowing remote access (or a daemon option). :scratch
Therefore requires an additionnal development, for example build a web page using Java objects provided by jdownloader. (It's what has already been done with JUpload in web-explorer where you can make uploads via WAN)
Moreover, it seems to me that you have many tools to do the same thing:
torrentflux; wget; webDAV; webExplorer.
Note: JUpload has a malfunction with the following configuration: access via the https protocol and the client behind a proxy
