Cant upgrade from 18.1 to 18.2

Im trying to upgrade firmware from 18.1 to 18.2 on my Network Space 2 Lite but I get this error
=> Firmware upgrade step 1 started:
Search firmware version information for nwsp2 ...
The latest version available from http://plugout.net is: fvdw-sl 18.2
Check free space on system partition ... OK
Failed to connect to [http://plugout.net]
Error 200
Can you help me to fix this?
