FTP slowdown :(

I run for a few days without problems "fvdw-SL-10-1 + 2.6.39.4 kernel" and today, a problem arose which has no explanation.
Until now the download speed (from NWSP2 to my laptop) using FileZilla, was 24-25MB/s (~ 190-200Mbps).
Today, without any change on my NWSP2 do not exceed 7MB/s (56Mbps).
All connection is wired, the router is Gbit/LAN, also the laptop's NIC is Gbit/LAN.
I say once again that there are no interpretations: I don't changed the settings, in NWSP2, or in the router.
Does anyone have any idea?

Where I can think of is that this could happen in case your network connection speed switch to 100 Mbit/s speed instead of using 1 gigabit/s. This can happen if you do not use certified cables.
whats the speed when copying with samba, if thats also dropped then it must be the connection
(use a big file to test as many small files will also reduce speed drastically because of extra disk IO needed for file headers and so on.)

With some network cards, you can set the card to disable the option "autodetect" (or something equivalent) and set to 1GB

Thanks, fvdw and Jocko for yours replies.
I rushed myself to draw conclusions. Sorry.
In fact I found that I have this problem with the speed, only with the two files from all.
It is something strange to them, but I do not bother. All other files that are in the same folder "tr-download" does not have this problem. I don't know, what is the problem.
I use certified cables, the network connection speed does not switch to 100 Mbit/s and i can't disable the option "autodetect" because i have two laptops and only one have Gb.
But i use this configuration from over one year without problems.
Thanks again for yours replies and for the wonderful software.
P.S. - I wait with great interest version 11 of this wonderful software. Good luck.
