I have the same error message, even if I have done the donation, installed the patch09 and inserted the plugout account.

Where is my mystake?

You are now added to the donators group and have access to addons (dont forget to set you plugout user and password in the webinterface (system>setup)

Hi, I've just donated (thanks for the great job btw) but I still can't retrieve the transmission package. I'm not able to find out where to define the user/pass in the system/setup menu. Is it System Management -> Setup? then where exactly? thanks!

You will get the donator state only when fvdw will confirm it (receive your donation).

What firmware version do you use ? 16.1 or 17.0

on version 16.1, you need to install the last rollup to upgrade to version 17.0
on version 17.0, you need to install its last rollup patch (patch09)

Only these patches allow to define your plugout account from the menu System Management -> Setup and go to the tab "Firmware-interface"

Did you make this step ?

Hey, I might have skipped the rollup from 17 (patch09) ! my bad. Ok, then I'll do as you say and wait and see when the paypal payment is confirmed. Hopefully soon , I'm eager to use this firmware fully. Thanks again Jocko!
