Cannot access Network Space drive

Hello everybody,

I have a Network Space 2, 2TB, bought it 4 years ago ... and one day it refused to boot : impossible to get access to my data anymore :-(
I tried the reset procedure several times but it did not work. The disk is turning - I can hear it - but the blue light keeps flashing on an on for several days ("working" flash sequence).
So i decided to take the HD out of the NAS and try to access my data via a Logilink "USB to SATA adaptator". But I could not see the drive in Windows explorer or HD tool.
I have read in a forum that the drive was only readable via Linux so I created a bootable ubuntu USB key. But when I boot from the key and launch Ubuntu I still cannot see and access HD. I can see my internal drives and the USB key ... but no HD :-(

Can you please help me to access my data ? What would be the next step ?

Thanks in advance

Hi Gregoo,

Did you make some searches on plugout ?

I think that you will find information here: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1271
