Hi jo_neo_74,

did you get at least the login page ?

I know at least a way to reset the admin account but it is not a handy method. I go to look at this issue this evening.

Ok I understood your issue.

As there were several bugs with the last php version, we needed to create a patch for torrentflux.

So after upgraded the firmware, you had to re-install torrentflux and this overwrote your admin password. So use the default admin password (admin) and of course change it.

I forgot to update the help page about it ...

Hi Jacko, thanks for your answer, but i didn't understand. I used and logged on torrentflux until the day before Yesterday, with a lot of reboot or other operation. Yesterday, my notebook reboot after same upgrade of Windows 8.1 and then i connect to network space. All are right. I connect with web and when i put the user (admin) and the password ( i have changed) the result was nothing. If i tried to write a bad password, the system recognize the bad password and didn't open the web page. If i wrote the right password didn't give a error message! Only refresh the page with question; user name and password!
I view the directory of download torrent and found the data, i think the torrent server was continuing to function, but it doesn't permit me to enter it. I tried with all computer of my flat, with phone or tablet but the result is Always the same. Is not a problem of a operation system or a computer o other tech is like as i write a bad password! Then i think, if it was possible to write a handly password in same file (blank for example) after at my first request the system would asked me to change it. What do you think?
I hope you undestand my ploblem. Thanks a lot.

Sorry, I made an error what I wrote it is the behaviour with the firmware version 15.1 when we had upgraded the php version (5.5.7).

So I think that there are some corrupted file and I advice you to select the option "remove server" with the torrentflux menu (I checked, this option doesn't delete the share 'tf-download' but only the share 'tflux'.

So after removing the server, install it again to restore the share tflux.

Note: you will lose your custom settings (password,...) but not your download files.

Note2: by installing again torrentflux, you will update also the server (for version 16.0, I changed files to fix some issues with php 5.5.7. It is why I did a confusion)

Note3: clear also your browser cache.

:scratch

It is amazing... I did exactly the same sequence and the default password (admin) is restored. I tried also to use 3 browsers (IE, FF and google) and I could login without issue

So currently, when you use the url http://yournasname/torrentflux, do you get directly the login page ?
Do you use as credential : login admin and pwd admin ?

Hi,

I have a windows8.1 with ie11 and no issue detected even if I'd rather use FF.

Maybe it is an issue with the saved password. So here, you will find how to reset it but be aware that all saved password will be erased.
