Hi vetal_dom

do you not find satisfaction with the top command? (which does pretty the same thing)

Thanks for the demonstration of the "top" :-)

Why I decided to use "htop"

1) To connect to the "Lacie" I use "Mac OS X Mavericks" when I try to run, "top" terminal now gives me this error

root@LaCie_NS2:/ # top
'xterm-256color': unknown terminal type.
root@LaCie_NS2:/ #

2) I would like to see here such interface :-)

1 [ 0.0%] Tasks: 86, 104 thr; 1 running
2 [| 0.7%] Load average: 0.26 0.16 0.14
Mem[||||||||||||||||||||228/1999MB] Uptime: 43 days, 04:47:10
Swp[| 57/2042MB]

I think is not an issue with the top command but your Terminal Preferences (in Advanced pane, Terminal must be declared as xterm-256color).

So I am pretty sure that you will get the same error with htop command (also with nano, ...)

You must chose as Terminal type : xterm or vt100

Please, reread my previous post :tapfoot

and htop is not currently available on the NAS.

Note: A little politeness is not useless

Note2: here the comparison between htop and top http://hisham.hm/htop/index.php?page=comparisonSo very few difference and only cosmetic
Apart from a fantasy on your part, there is no interest to include it

Sorry
