I'd like to get BTSync working with the NS2 but the arm compiled binary doesn't run. Has anyone had success with this? I'd prefer to setup with BTSync instead of Webdav since I have it working with mulitple other servers.

I am not at home to try it tonight but i have route access to my NAS. Can i apply the patch manually? Or is it possible to enable the webclient through cmd so i can apply the patch remotely?

If you have a shell access you can do it :

Unzip fully the archive up to get the tar file : fvdwsl15.0_btsync_07jan2014.tar and save it to the NAS

and do this command (I assume that you saved the tar file to the fvdw share)
Code: Select all
tar -xvf /share/1000/fvdw/fvdwsl15.0_btsync_07jan2014.tar -C /

Note : if you already have a share 'btsync' you need to rename the folder 'btsync' in /share/1000 and also to remove its data in nas_conf_db.xml :crazy

I'm looking forward to this too but I prefer to wait until the official release ;)

edit : there is an another way to interact with the devteam ? (irc, mailling list, facebook :snicker)
I would like to speak about things that make me sad about the firmware.

I've though about a more "instant" way (IRC). PM people is a bad practice ihmo because no one can see it and lean from it etc.
It's more interesting to read the point of view of a community instead of only one dev no ? I hope you can understand that...
