So, after hmm.. is it about a year of use, I no longer have no clue about the password for the "admin-nas" account. Luckily my browser does... so what is it? How do you change it, since apparently the user management does not show this account, only the ones I've created myself.

the default password is "admin" without the quotes
But if you have changed it....

You can set it in system mangement /setup page of the web interface
