crashed HDD on network space vs2

Hi all,

I have juste a question, my HDD was crash on my Lacie :evil: do you have the original firmware to put it on the new HDD ?
The lacie don't restart and noway for accessing with USB or Network (the formware was on the HDD i suppose)

Could you send me the original firmware and how to put it ?

Thx, i Have try your firmware but it's the same pb, the light blink blue to red very fast....
i think it was dead... :?

ps to install and use the fvdw firmware you need to repartition the disk first and format several partitions. needles to say that all data will be lost. To see if this is a disk problem you could try to see if installing another disk (properly prepared) is willing to boot. You could also try to see what happens if you try to boot without the disk

Thx, I have try all,

With out the disk : light flash blue to red very fast.
With a new disk (prepare with your firmware) : Same pb.
Original disk was dead (it's sure !)

In any configuration i can't acces to the web page of the Lacie. The USB is not detected by my 3 pc...
i'm don't understand what happening, but i was hop when a change the disk to get back the lacie but nop...
if you have a idee ?

I am sorry but I don't know a solution for this problem :|

I read in the manual that there is a reset procedure buy holding the power button for a few seconds, but I guess this will only work when the disk running, it seem the device has a problem with detecting the dik. That could a corrupted boot loader or a failure of the hardware
