Hello,

I was wondering if it is possible to use larger partitions.
After some experiments the 512 mb partitions reached there limits. Can I increase them safely to 2GB?
I own an Network Space V2 Lite. The partitions are parted with Gparted in the GPT structure.

Yes you can use bigger partitions, however when upgrading the firmware it will write a disk image to either partition 1 or 2. That disk image has currently a size of 250 MB. The reason for this is to keep an acceptable time for writing a disk image during upgrade. As result you will find only a file system with max size of 250 MB on partition 1 and 2.
Thre are solutions for this but if you change that you will loose the possibility to upgrade the firmware using our webinterface

Better instaal your apps in /usr/local which is a symlink to /share/1000/fvdw/addons
(you need to create the shared folder fvdw and in that a folder with name addons)

Okay,

I will use that location for my addons / experiments.
Thank you for the quick answer.
