chmod must be chown in your command

I swap the two commands (so chown 99:99 ... and chmod 600 ...)

When you 'll finish to discover the firmware, could you try to make another upgrade (just the step1)

now the web upgrade interface work fine!!
i will be playing with NS2 the week end then two more NS2 for upgrade to Fvdw-sl
