Indeed I misread the output of your command df : 2% is not the free space but the used space.
So there is nothing wrong on sda5 !

In that case I would recommend to install 15-1 once more, something could be damaged in the system files for whatever reason

- but currently cant access the admin console, didn't reboot yet....

An other thing, the power button doesnt react.... Have to pull out the power cord to reboot it...
