Problems installing 17.0

Hi, i installed succesfully 16.1 firmware and i installed patch 16.1 of 30 may before installing 17.0.
I tried first to install 17.0 with server procedure but after downloading it and opening it....failed, so i tried manual procedure downloading
fvdw-sl-17-0-console-firmware-upgrade-30may2017-2 and installing it......but after opening the file it returned me message : Fail, can not detect family type.
Did i forgot something? On patch page it report me that it was applyed.

I wonder why we wrote :scratch in the post:

!	After installing the patch you must use no other patch before upgrading! And you must reboot your NAS to be able to use the new upgrade menu without problems!

You were right! i thought the system already reboot but after rebooting installation succeded!

Nice, now I advice you to install the last roll-up patch available for version 17.0
