disk not writeable after unplanned power outage

Hi ,

It looks like my disk is not writeable anymore after the disk was cut off from the power by one of my kids. :cry:

I could still add a new folder but I can not copy any files to it (I tried to copy a movie to it )

What troubleshooting steps can I take to solve this?

Hi,

What firmware do you use? fvdw-sl or Lacie ?

If you use our firmware,do you still have a shell access ?

And do you try to restart several times ?

It looks like it was a problem on my laptop from where I was trying to copy it from.

Tonight I am able again to copy the same file succesfully to the disk.

Problem solved!
