SPD8020 stuck...

SPD8020 stuck...

Postby beertje23 » Mon Apr 27, 2015 3:43 pm

I was updating both my SPD's last night, and 1 got stuck at step 2.

Won't start now and will blink the blue Led so once and a while.

Suggestions??

Thx

I did not noticed any error message.. been waiting for almost an hour, and then i unplugged the power plug behind and replugged it. It rebooted and I have rebooted it a couple of times after. Nothing really, it showed nothing in the browser. It wouldn´t load. Some times a little blue flash from the LED.

Something changed tho, ive noticed at a later state. Of course I tried it both ways, in Windows 7 and Linux (Kubuntu).

In Win7 it showed the Networkmaps from the SPD shared folders as not connected, and wouldn´t load by clicking on it. And for the Browser still same thing.

With Kubuntu, also a no show in the browser. But I noticed that in Krusader I had full access to my SPD folders. All of them. (maybe because I do not samba, but NFS?)
ssh works too.

if ssh works we can analyse what is going on and if we can solve it revert back to the previous version

To start to analyse this problem, connect with ssh and give command
Code: Select all
cat boot.log

and post output here
