The output is ok! Need more time to understand why you have this issue.

A way would be to re-upgrade manually to version 18-1 (maybe fvdw-sl is corrupted), and see if you still have the issue.
So download the package from https://plugout.net/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=3084and upload the zip file extracted from the rar archive

For an unknown reason, plugout rejects your donwload attempts

So it is an issue on plugout side. If you can, try to change your public IP

As for downloading the upgrade package, the firmware uses a common plugout account and the other members do not have your issue when their NAS uses it, then the issue is your IP which must be blocked somewhere by our site.

Other points :
- previously how do you update the firmware since version 16.0 as you have a static public IP? (manually ?)
- on your ISP box, do you have something which guards the Internet connection and then that may change the header contents of your requests. It is not logical that you can login but not downloading :scratch

I have uploaded updates manually so far ..

I can not imagine that with the IP .. just ..
I have 2 LACIE NWSP--
1x V1 and 1x V2
Update the NWSP-V2 worked with the same IP.

Can not you just provide the firmware to download for
a manual update?
