Update to 18-2 not working..

So there is an issue with your login. the server returns the code 403 (Forbidden) and then you try to download with the anonymous account

Please, do:
Check now if you can open a session on plugout with your account :

You need to open a shell terminal with the root account (login: root; password : giveit2me , if you did not change it)

To open a shell terminal, use Putty from your laptop https://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/latest.html and to use it see ( https://mediatemple.net/community/products/dv/204404604/using-ssh-in-putty- just put your nas ip or nas name on the Putty configuration window)

So no issue on the login request...

The output is ok! Need more time to understand why you have this issue.

A way would be to re-upgrade manually to version 18-1 (maybe fvdw-sl is corrupted), and see if you still have the issue.
So download the package from https://plugout.net/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=3084and upload the zip file extracted from the rar archive

Did you made some changes on php config ?
