I updated my LaCie Network Space Vs1 from 9-0 to 10-0 using the new firmware update menu method.
As mentioned all three steps need a long time, you have to be patient. Works fine, thank you

Now I start to check the new backup feature. I'm backing up my data to an extra USB hard disk. On this extra disk I created the same partitions as on the NAS disk. I want to check wether I can swap the disks and boot the from the copy.
