Use version 10.1 for a first install is useless and even if fvdw had restored the topic for this version in the download forum, you can make directly a first install with version 11.0 : viewtopic.php?f=7&t=336

if it is not a first install but an upgrade form older version before version 10-1 then he needs 10-1
