remove mediaserver oxylbox or not

This might create problems with the oxylbox media server as it written with php scripts but for earlier versions.
There is no development of this server anymore as far as we know so we can not install a newer version that should work with the new php version. As result we will need to make adaptations ourslves to keep it working. However if there are no or only a few users using it is not worth trying to adapt it and better to remove it from the firmware.
