I just notice you use the port 8080. I'd rather you select another one because this one is usually set for proxy and can be useful to keep free if the user is behind a proxy.

yes indeed we have to use another port, I just used the default for a quick test.

In the meantime I also got Calibre-4.23.0 running.
It is the last version of Calibre that can be used with python2. It requires some updates of some liberaries in our base firmware.

I need to test the package, after that I will sent you a trial package by PM. Be aware that the changes in the firmware may affect other features. I assume you want to use version 4.23.0
