project case lacie big 5

hi guys since even changing the capacitors I was not able to restore and make my system work, someone recommend me how or what to use as a board that can manage the 5 bays of the case ??

I was directed to x86 system because of using the 5 sata ports but I am interested in all the project proposals ... in this case the fundamental problem would be power integration and if you can the LEDs and the way of ignition ... (x86 because more versatile) but I repeat any system is well appreciated for the purpose .... thanks for the ideas and suggestions!

this would work with 4 drives but then power and cables would be a problem

I would have 4 slots for the ho and the 5 empty in this case it is not I would exploit everything unless I insert the power supply in the 5 slot but I think it needs 300watt to manage 4 has de raspberry ??

Standard out firmwar4e supports raspberry pi 4B , if you use only that one the 4 disks will need to be connected via usb

As I read it the board RPI NAS 4XSATA board can be used in combination with the pi 4B to get 4 sata ports.
If our firmware works with this extension board I do not know, it runs on the standard pi 4B

ps it needs 60W power supply.

ps2. We are also working on a intel x86 package. This would enable you to use for example an intel atom board

yes, x86 would be a good experiment but the problem would be to integrate the LEDs, the power supply and the cables available in the lacie case !! would need a small motherboard I think about 17cm maximum, and not too high and that has 6 sata ports .... advice?

the first main problem occurs with the power cables (pico psu ??) and sata data, ignition .... ideas on this too ?? thank you very much for your help and I hope to create something new with you in this scene !!

How to put this mini ITX in a 5big2 box I cannot give any advice but if it fits where now the motherboard is and if it doesn't interfere with the disk slots you could try but maybe other enclosure are on the market. You could also consider a normal tower pc enclosure

yes I know, but the challenge was being able to use the lacie case which is elegant and sits there in a corner without being used ...
