For information we are working on version of the fvdw-sl firmware that runs on x86-64 platform as bonus it can also be run as virtual machine on a pc running windows.

I would be intersted to know if there is interest for this version and would appreciate to get some votes

Hi were you able to do a x64x86 version? i see many raid software out there, including FreeNas/Xigmanas... but really, i think that fvdw is the better firmware to manage HDDs raid that i ever seen. I would like to see a x86/x64 build for using it. (if you remember i lost my second Lacie some months ago, sata controller fuse)... and no want to buy a Lacie anymore, i lost 2 5Big N2 units on 3 and the 3rd sems to be arrive to the end.

I can test it with a motherboard for the case!

Asrock FM2A78M-ITX+
6x sata plug (just perfect for replacing a Lacie 5Big N2, 1 disk for boot and other 5 for raid...)
2x DDR3 plug
1x onboard GPU
1x APU processor 4core up to 3.9Ghz.

We have a 64 bits x86 version but not fully up to date. The 32 bits version will run just fine on a 64 bits cpu. Didn't we sent you in the past files for x86 ?
