Did you try to reset your disks where as the raid was not assembled ? Then its volume does not exist and indeed on same case the reset script aborts

Just because you do not click on the button "Restart the NAS" which restores the regular mode

Indeed it is disabled because previously you got a fatal error and you do not have the expected environment.

So open a shell terminal and do
Code: Select all
cd /etc/.setup.fs
rm /etc/.setup.fs/reset_shares*

Then click on the button "restart the setup task"
Note: I expect you succeed this time to reset your selected disks

I succeeded to reproduce your issue.

For any reason, when you runs the reset job, no volume was set in the nas database :shocked Currently, the firmware fails to manage such case.

So what did you make before running the reset job ?
