Hi again,
I thought the problem was solved but today turning on the nas I find the state of the disks as in the image.
I redid the initialization but the state remains the same.

Safe Remove
The link SafeRemove will unmount a connected USB disk or stop an USB raid, after that device(s) can be unplugged safely.
Important : if you have selected the Advanced mode, you need to use the SafeRemove feature to backup the share settings stored on USB disks mounted as internal disks.
You need also to do it with an USB raid to stop the raid and backup its shares settings.
if you don't do it, the shares on these devices won't be restored after rebooting or after an hot-plug (you will have to set again all previous created shares).
Note: if you do an hot-plugging with USB devices which are members of a RAID device, the RAID is not automatically re-assembled. You must restart the NAS to get again the USB RAID.
