i want to install server "Web Explorer" and i get this error message:
Fail: can not retrieve the package, -99
How could i fix this issue ?

Do you have also an error if you try to install other addons ?
with error -99, the firmware does not detect your session id after login in the headers.
This would mean curl php extension is not enabled :scratch :scratch :scratch

So there is an unknown error when the firmware tries to login.
Attached a small php to discover where is the issue.
Unzip the archive in the share 'fvdw' and run the command

I found where is the issue.
Indeed the download script fails to detect the session id after login
The current script does not find it because the header lines are not ordered as expected in the answer. I think this may happen because there are not the same parameters as mine sent by your ISP.
Please to note, you have the same issue if you try to upgrade the firmware.
As I detected some other members have a similar problem to download automatically some files from plugout, I believe it was also their issue.
So attached a tar ball to update the related script :
- store the file in the share fvdw
- run the command
Then try to download the wanted file (no need to restart or refresh your browser cache)
Note: if we release later another rollup patch for version 17.0, we will include these files

Your issue is not an header problem (and please to note the rollup patch for version 17.0 contains this fix) but we changed download permissions on add-on package.
