Hi Bistels,
Thank you for your donation and you are now in the group Donators.

So after installing the last rollup patch, you have to set your account by using the main setup menu ( tab web-interface)

Hi Jocko,

I updated to 17 patch09, but the error is -99 :cry:
The plugout account in the "Firmware Interface" entered.

Hi Bistels,

There is no issue with your attempts, the firmware succeeds to detect your session after signing

Maybe there is an issue with your password : on our server side I needed to delete at least more 20 attempts.

So try to enter again your password

I 'm also receiving the same error "Fail: can not retrieve the package, -99" when I try to enable web explorer

Did you install this patch ( assume you use 18-2)
