keep oxylbox mediaserver yes or no

This might create problems with the oxylbox media server as it written with php scripts but for earlier versions.
As there is no development of this server anymore we can not guarantee that it will be working without problems. if there are many users using it might be worth trying to adapt it for php-5.4.7 but if there are no users then it is not worth the effort.
