Versions available for servers with an auto-update feature

- transmission client: version 2.84 (01/07/2014)
- mlnet: version 3.1.5 (23/04/2014)
- web explorer: JBC explorer version 7.2.1 patched for fvdw-sl
- twonky media: version 8.0.2.0 (29/01/2015)
- btsync: version 1.4.111 (last free version)

Package to update btsync to version 1.4.111 is now available.

To install the new version, in btsync menu:
- stop btsync
- click on "Update Server"

Note: after installing it you can not restore the previous version

Package to update transmission client: version 2.92 (06/03/2016) is available.

To install the new version, in transmission menu:
- stop the server
- click on "Update Server"

Package to update Btsync: version 2.4.1 (29/09/2016) is available.

Important information :
- Bit Torrent sync is now called : Resilio sync
Sync has been taken out of BitTorrent Inc. and the team continue development of the product as an independent company, Resilio Inc.
- We release this version as the free version provides enough improvements and some limitations have been removed (max 10 synchronized folders)
- On version 16.1, you need to install a patch to be able to update btsync (/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=2582)
- After installing this version you need to set again your synchronized folders as this version is not fully compatible with version 1.4.111.
So we suggest you to use the described way in the help page

Note: according with resilio version, you may have to set again the synchronized folder(s) if the latest version is not compatible with the installed version.
So in this case the best way is to save their read-write key (or read-only) before updating resilio/btsync and after updating, is to create the same folders by entering again the saved keys and selecting the folders previously used.

According with the bugs fixed by version 2.4.3, we advice to install the last version (2.4.4)

Note:
- version 2.4.4 is fully compatible with version 2.4.1 (no need to sync again your folders)
- if you still use the old version 1.4.111, you need to install a patch to be able to update btsync (https://plugout.net/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=2582). After installing this version you need to set again your synchronized folders as this version is not fully compatible with version 1.4.111. (see the previous post for more details)

Package to update Resilio/Btsync: version 2.5.2 (18/05/2017) is now available.

Even if many new features require to have a licence, this update :
- fixes some bugs
- allows to use https protocol with resilio web-interface (if you have set https settings on the web server)
- improves history output

Note:
- version 2.5.2 is fully compatible with version 2.4.x (no need to sync again your folders)
- if you still use the old version 1.4.111 on fvdw-sl version 16.1, you need to install a patch (https://plugout.net/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=2582) to be able to update btsync or upgrade the firmware to version 17.0. After installing this version you need to set again your synchronized folders as this version is not fully compatible with version 1.4.111. (see the previous post for more details)

Package to update mlnet (MLDonkey): version 3.1.6 (23/01/2017) is available.

To install the new version, in MLDonkey menu:
- stop the server
- click on "Update Server"

This version fixes a major issue on Bittorrent P2P (trackers and very slow download speed)
