and it goes on with T T T

this because you forgot to start the tftp server in the fvdw-sl console or the file is not present in the tftp folder of the fvdw-sl console
In your case I think it is the last as seems to finds a tftp server ip (should be the ip of the pc running fvdw-sl console).

So check if the name of the file you gave in the u-boot console with the name of the file present in the tftp folder.

See the webinterface. Does it give any hint?

well it is a 2big but there are two version a 2big version 1 and version 2.

The version 1 needs a different kernel then version 2

Forhot to ask one thing: I mentioned the original Lacie Software is still running. I cannot adjust anything because the access data is unknown ( not default). But I can set the IP in there, it is a separate access. Does it matter what I set there?

For loading the standalone kernel it doesn't matter. That ip is used when the lacie firmware is running. When the standalone kernel is running that firmware is not loaded yet.

http://lacie.nas-central.org/wiki/Categ ... rk#Hacking some info if you want to hack the lacie firmware. if that succeeds and you can get telnet access or ssh access we can check what device it exactly is.

if you don't have data saved to this NAS, you can try a reset

Im back one day earlier and could do some tests today. Tried all possible network settings including setting up a router in network 192.168.1.0/24. No succes. Then I remebered the last issue with nwsp2. I set the 2big in the u-boot console state and scanned the IP.

Result:
Starting Nmap 6.40 ( http://nmap.org ) at 2014-01-12 21:09 Mitteleuropäische Zeit
Nmap scan report for 192.168.1.252
Host is up (0.00s latency).
All 100 scanned ports on 192.168.1.252 are filtered
MAC Address: 00:D0:4B:85:A0:0F (LA CIE Group S.A.)
Nmap done: 1 IP address (1 host up) scanned in 26.75 seconds

Wonder which port u-boot uses?

Now let us shorten things: My goal is to put the disk out of my nwsp2 into the 2big plus another empty disk. Can that be done easier by maybe just writing another kernel to that disk? Which disk slot should I use for main disk and which for (later) backup? Does the backup need a special partition structure ?

By the way: Meanwhile I have full acces to the Lacie webinterface. I just changed the raid-normal switch position. That deletes all settings and brought back the default access data.
