Ok I'm connected to the web console and lanch the 3 commands.
The two first are ok, but the last send me the return :

root@LACIE-CLOUD.local /$ tar -cf /tmp/rsync_3.0.9.tgz -C /usr/sbin
tar: Cowardly refusing to create an empty archive
Try 'tar --help' or 'tar --usage' for more information.

I reach a pb in creation of the tar file and the directory is empty...
Edit ----
With the xf parameter an other message :
root@LACIE-CLOUD.local /$ tar -xf /tmp/rsync_3.0.9.tgz -C /usr/sbin.
tar: /usr/sbin.: Cannot open: No such file or directory
tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now
Install failed.. server rsync can't restarted.

On your command you enter a '.' after /usr/sbin So repeat without it

i tried over my second NAS -> Ok, the downgrade of rsync server fix the issue.
But for my first fvdw, it's nok the server is corrupt. Tomorow I will retry the downgrade process.
Thanks you !
Edit ---
I shutdown and disable the server and then I apply the linux commands. It's works !
Thanks you for all Jocko.
PS : I don't know why this new rsync version don't accept transmissions with qnap HBS, certainly due to particular use of rsync protocol by qnap.
