Samba Fail: can not retrieve the package (-99)

I've just receovered a LaCie 5Big 2 NAS thanks to your firmware. Now I'd like to upgrade to SMB 4 so I've just done a donation with my current e-mail account: dalva____@hotmail.com
The problem is that I am not allowed to change my account to this e-mail account. As result, my user daveRUN1972 is sitll using my old e-mail: mate0---@outlook.es.
Can you kindly add me to the donators list in order to have these updates available?

I have the same problem when downloading samba 4.10.18-patched, it gives me an error. I made the donation a few days ago, but I think they haven't included me in the group. My nas is a Lacie 5big network 2 with firmware 18.2, and with the user login added.

Error code -99 may mean you did not yet install this patch after upgrading to version 18.2 (https://plugout.net/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=3149#p36493)

So try to install it before installing samba 4
